Ingredients: 2lbs of large shrimp, 1 stick of butter or margarine, 4 tablespoons of King Kooker® Blackened Redfish SeasoningMelt butter over medium heat in a pot large enough to hold all the ingredients above. Add seasoning and shrimp. Cover the pot and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. The shrimp are ready when they are a pretty pink color. Serve with french bread or baguette to soak up the delicious juice.
